The 45-day trial starts the day your Sybian/V2000 arrives.  You have one and a half months to play around, deciding whether or not it's a keeper.  If not, you must keep the massaging pieces.  Get a return authorization number, and send everything - except the massager pieces - back.  Your investment will be refunded less the shipping/deductible (for the pieces and refurbishment).
